Today we have prepared for you a healthy and delicious carrot soup recipe, including fresh carrot and potatoes. This soup is perfect when you are on a diet or just want to prepare something quick and tasty to eat.
TIME: 30 min / MAKES: 3 portions
INGREDIENTS: 1 litre of pure vegetable bouillon / 2 middle size carrots / 2 big potatoes / 1 cup of milk / sour cream / piece of leek / salt / parsley
Clean and peel carrots, potatoes and leek. Cut them into small pieces and put them into the cooking pot.
Pour with vegetable bouillon and add salt. Bring to a boil for 20 minutes.
Add warm milk and then mix it to make it creamy.
Finally, decorate it with a spoon of sour cream and cut parsley.
