Do you ever get the urge to rearrange your whole apartment? Or maybe just compose something differently in one room, or even just part of it?
Well we know that feeling very well at SOFFA magazine. Therefore, we decided to organise another SOFFA & FRIENDS event, this time a workshop all about interior design, for other design enthusiasts like us.
At first, we honestly did not know how to go about this. How could we possibly teach someone to remake their apartment in someone else´s apartment? Yes, we could play the Sim´s game, but that would be so easy.
Fortunately for us, our designer Janka Murinová knew just the way. Starting with the basics, we introduced participants to the different interior design dispositions, including how to play with colours and materials. The workshop taught participants what interior design is all about, its trends and fashion influences, by trying some styles out for themselves, including Scandinavian or Provencal style. All of our participants then made their own mood board and learned from our experts how to solve their own interior design problems based on their photos and questions.
As always, we hosted the workshop in the creative co-working space at SVET-HUB.
