SOFFA & FRIENDS Creative Event / Engraving
What have you been doing on Friday evening lately? Do you pour yourself a glass of red wine and sit down with your favourite book or watch TV series? Take a bath or better enjoy the night out? SOFFA has made one Friday Creative Evening for you just recently. The bath part is missing but you would definitely find yourself relaxed and in creative mood as well. Are you curious?
So, imagine a Friday evening just before Christmas, which is getting to start in one cute room at Svet HUB. The whole room is decorated in the spirit of Christmas in a very simple style, just like we love at SOFFA. Under a sprig of mistletoe you might find something unusual, a little grey box. Naturally, it doesn’t fit very well in this composition. Because who can get used to eat next to a hammer or screwdriver. But relax - it was neither of it, it is a solder. Now you are definitely thinking that you had better stayed at home in that hot bath with bubbles. Oh no! *Take a deep breath and a sip of our eggnog, homemade of course. *
Anyway, do you remember the workshop with Ikea at Designblok this year? We did the engraving as well and it was so much fun, exactly like this time. Before everybody has thought of what they are going to engrave to the piece of wood, they took a piece of some Adela's specialities. Wait, there were four Adela’s I guess, so you might be a bit confused. Anyway, that evening you could taste a lot of delicious food, engrave, take pictures, enjoy the easy-going atmosphere, drink wine or the homemade eggnog and at the end wrap your art to a beautiful Christmas wrapping-paper and later make someone under the Christmas tree happy.
So what do you say, wouldn’t this be a kind of evening better than anything else? Of course it would! On that account, make sure you don´t miss the next one! We can’t wait for it. Find out more about the schedule of SOFFA & FRIENDS Creative evenings for January and February on our E-shop or Facebook.
