Lost in Paradise by Lucie J. Skrivankova & Jan Nalepa
At SOFFA we always aim to introduce new, innovative projects to our readers. In June we saw the launch of ‘Lost Paradise’ created by artists Lucie Jindrák Skřivánková and Jan Nálepa, featuring in The Chemistry Gallery. The exhibition was recently extended until 8th August 2017, so, of course, we encourage you to make the most of this prolonging and take a day to explore this experimental project this summer.
The gallery has created a thought-provoking scene of both visual and audiovisual content intended to inspire and intrigue. This, in turn, allows us to question our own perception of mankind’s connection with nature. The project is centred around the theme of deep memories, and, more precisely, it creates an illusion of idealistic perception, considering the relationship between society and nature in this modern age.
Enjoy summer and be sure to check out Lucie Jindrák Skřivánková and Jan Nálepa’s fascinating exhibition and get lost in a world of dystopian interpretation!
